About US

Complex challenges. Compassionate care.
Real progress

We're a small team of therapists who work with people with complex mental health challenges that other providers often turn away. Our practice specializes in evidence-based approaches including DBT, EMDR, CBT, specialized eating disorder treatment, and psychedelic-assisted therapy (KAP).

Many of our clients come to us after being told their problems are "too difficult" by other practices or after completing more intensive treatment programs. We work effectively with trauma, severe emotional dysregulation, suicidality and self-harm, depression, anxiety, and disordered eating behavior.

Our commitment to clinical excellence and personal connection makes us different. We stay current with therapeutic advances while ensuring you're treated as a whole person, not just a collection of symptoms. Our boutique practice means you'll receive focused attention in a supportive environment.

No matter how long you've struggled, we believe in your capacity for healing and growth. We'll work together to build the skills and insights needed for a more balanced life.
