PSYPACT STATES

Dr. Richardson now offers Telehealth services, when appropriate, throughout the United States. She has the E. Passport from PsyPact, which grants her Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT). In other words, Dr. Richardson is allowed to practice psychology through telehealth sessions in other states who have enacted PsyPact legislation.

More than 40 states/districts have passed PsyPact legislation. PsyPact has been passed in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.
